Despite Suzuki’s typically sluggish approach to model development the ’Busa still has plenty going for it. The iconic bird of prey is no longer the fastest, most aggressive predator in the skies, but its beak is still sharp, it hides its age well and, despite a slight increase, it is competitively priced. Five years after its only major update, the Hayabusa still combines outrageous performance and usability with a bad-boy image to match anything on two wheels. But they need to sort out that ABS.
