CLARIFICATION FROM BIKE INDIA
Bike India would like to clarify that some bloggers and websites who have claimed that we have carried out dyno testing of Triumph motorcycles have done so wrongly.
We further wish to emphasize that Bike India has carried out no such test on any motorcycle sold in India currently.
We urge members of the blogging community to verify their claims before publishing and refrain from wrongly attributing Bike India as their source of information.
We would not hesitate to take legal action if the Bike India name is used without prior permission from the publication.

More power! KTM to develop new V-twins
KTM plan to develop a new range of middleweight V-twin engines. These 600 to 800cc V-twins will bridge the void between the single-cylinder engines and the bigger V-twins which are already in production.
Stefan Pierer, KTM and Husqvarna boss, was quoted in the media saying that KTM will soon have a new range of mid-class bikes in about three years. The other interesting fact is that these new engines may also be used in the Husqvarna model range, which he hopes, will further strengthen the company’s position in the market.
Considering the 373.2cc single-cylinder engine powering the 390 Duke churns out 43.5 PS, it will be interesting to see what figures KTM will manage with their 600cc and 800cc twins.

Honda to launch the new CB 125F in UK
The new Honda CB 125F made it’s European début at Motorcycle Live. The successor to the CBF125, the new model sports a new 124.7cc engine, which makes less power than before at 10.5 PS and 10.1 Nm of torque, compared to the current model’s 11.1 PS and 11.2 Nm of torque.
Apart from the new engine, the CB 125F features a new chassis which improves the build quality of the bike, a balancer shaft to reduce vibrations, and 18-inch spoke wheels. The bike will be available in an array of colours including yellow, blue and red.
According to Honda UK “The 2015 CB 125F is drawn from a fresh gene pool and while it maintains the previous model’s core strengths, it builds heavily on quality, ease of use and a desirable new look. It’s a great bike to simply get riders where they need to be or from where to begin a lifetime of motorcycling.”
