Bajaj Auto’s ‘Festival of Speed’ aims to expose the masses to the adrenaline rush of motorcycle racing, adventure zones and stunting under the Bajaj Pulsar brand

Story: Team Bike India

Bajaj Auto held the first ever Bajaj Pulsar Festival of Speed recently at the Downtown go-kart track in Kharadi, Pune. The festival brought together a unique combination of competitive racing on the track and motorcycle stunts off-track. Additional events included skateboarding, bicycle motocross, live concerts, performances by DJs and more.

After some fast paced laps around the short track at Kharadi, six Pulsar RS 200 owners were chosen for a final face off at the Madras Motor Race Track (MMRT)  in Sriperumbudur near Chennai on April 16. After Pune, the Bajaj Pulsar Festival of Speed now heads to Bengaluru on April 2 and then to Chennai on April 3. Like in Pune, six finalists will be chosen from each of these two cities to battle it out around the MMRT during the grand finale. The winner of the grand finale will not only win the first ever Pulsar Cup to be presented but also a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh. Needless to say, Bajaj Auto will be sponsoring the travel, stay and the mandatory training of these finalists in preparation of the grand finale.
