Yamaha India recently organised the ‘Yamaha Children Safety Programme’ at the New Delhi School, Vikas Puri, New Delhi, as part of their commitment to spread awareness of road safety among children.
The programme has been designed for children in the five-to-12 age-group to spread awareness about road safety and safety education. The event saw the participation of over 200 students, who were educated about the need for road safety and vital road safety measures by Zippy, the brand mascot. On the occasion, Roy Kurian, Vice-president Sales & Marketing, Yamaha Motor India said, “The Yamaha Children Safety Programme (YCSP) is a unique social initiative by the company to educate and influence both parents and children about vital road safety measures.”
