Salman Khan acquires a Hayabusa

Bollywood superstars’ fascination with hot wheels continues.Recently, Salman ‘Dabangg’ Khan, brand ambassador added yet another mean machine to his already-enviably stuffed garage, an ebony back Suzuki Hayabusa. Below is the press release:

The avid biker Salman Khan has more reasons to celebrate as he has recently added the legendary Suzuki Hayabusa to his collection of superbikes. Mr. Atul Gupta, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL) and Ms. Anu Anamika, National Head – Marketing, SMIPL presented the bike enthusiast, Salman Khan, with the legendary “Black” Hayabusa. This comes shortly after the superstar acquired another masterpiece from the Suzuki shed – a limited edition blue Intruder M1800RZ.
The Bollywood actor, who is also the brand Ambassador for Suzuki two-wheelers, has had his fans enthralled with superlative performances through the year. Salman seemed visibly excited as he ardently scanned each feature of his latest possession. Salman is a passionate biker and is known for his enviable collection of motorcycles, which includes Suzuki bikes.
Mr. Salman Khan, Bollywood Superstar and SMIPL Brand Ambassador, said, “One of my earliest superbikes was a Hayabusa and it’s one of my absolute favorites. This new one is an absolute beauty.”
Mr. Atul Gupta, Vice President, Sales and Marketing, SMIPL, said, “Suzuki two-wheelers’ association with Salman Khan has produced phenomenal results for us. This gesture serves as a token of acknowledgement of the value Salman has added to our brand. The Hayabusa is world renowned for its state-of- the-art technology. This occasion marks the coming together of two legendary icons.”
Ms. Anu Anamika, National Head – Marketing, SMIPL, said, “Salman has a passionate streak for biking.  His collection of bikes includes variants from mass bikes to superbikes. He has also used Suzuki bikes in his movies like ‘Ek Tha Tiger’, ‘Ready’ and ‘Dabangg2’. We are honored to add another Suzuki masterpiece to his collection.”
