Anam on the TVS Scooty Zest 110 in Ladakh (8)

On the way, you will pass through the tiny village of Lamayuru, which is dominated by a massive monastery. It’s a sight to behold and warrants a stop. Several twists and turns later one is rewarded with a fascinating view – a confluence of the Zanskar river and the mighty Indus. A moment of caution here. Please do keep an eye on the watch. Exhaustion would have easily given way to irritation, but for the peppiness of the scooter that has shown an excellent set of reliability credentials.
