The all-new CRF1000L Africa Twin was recently revealed and we dug a little deeper for those crucial details. Now though, it’s come in as an MY2016 model, packing a 998-cc parallel twin motor. A six-speed manual transmission is offered alongside an optional dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT) with the Honda Torque Control System (HTCS) as well as on- and off-road modes. ABS is standard on both models.

The manual version is priced at $12,999 (Rs 8.6 lakh), while the DCT model costs $13,699 (Rs 9 lakh). These are base prices in the United States, and, here in India, will cost roughly between Rs 12-13 lakh.
