Triumph Motorcycles India have strengthened their portfolio with the addition of the Tiger XCA 800 to their product range. Tagged as the pinnacle of the Tiger range, the XCA 800 carries a sticker of Rs 13.75 lakh, ex-showroom in Delhi. In the Tiger’s scheme of things the XCA now sits above the range topping off-road biased XCX and according to Triumph, is even more focused on providing rider comfort.
The XCA incorporates a more powerful 650W alternator to adequately power heated rider/pillion seats, heated grips and LED fog lamps along with the myriad devices (including GPS navigation units and even heated clothing) that an adventure motorcyclist might need when off the beaten path. Two new colours, khaki green and crystal white, have also been introduced with the Tiger XCA 800. The bikes are also fitted with pannier rails for the optional Triumph Expedition aluminium pannier system.
Vimal Sumbly, Managing Director, Triumph Motorcycles India said, “We at Triumph Motorcycles are committed to delivering the most exceptional experiences to our customers with our incredibly advanced and stylised bikes. Having received an overwhelming response from the Indian market in such a short span of time, we want to offer the best to our customers here. For those who like to ride a little more off the beaten path, the new Tiger 800 XCA is the top tier of the Tiger XC family. Adding this variant to our outstanding range of Adventure bikes, we have consolidated the category in India taking the ethos of adventure a step further. On-road or off-road, the Tiger XCA delivers!”
