BMW Motorrad updates G 310 R with new a colour scheme

BMW Motorrad have updated their 2019 G 310 R model along with a host of other models in their product portfolio. The updates, however, are purely cosmetic, with the G 310 R model being given a whole new colour called Racing Red. The new colour scheme, though, has been introduced at the expense of their Strato Blue Metallic, which doesn’t make it to the new model year.

The G 310 R and its adventure-sibling the G 310 GS are set for their launch in India on 18 July 2018. The bikes have created quite a stir in motoring circles and the country where they are being manufactured, with many quite keen on seeing these bikes on our roads.

BMW Motorrad updates G 310 R with new a colour scheme

So far, BMW have shown that only the G 310 R gets a new colourway, with no new colours for the GS model. The roadster will be available in the new racing red and the HP Motorsport paint scheme as well. We believe that the upcoming launch will showcase the new colour schemes.

The G 310 R will be in direct competition with the KTM 390 Duke and with BMW not having released the pricing yet, we imagine it would be around the vicinity of their Austrian competitor, though on the higher side.
