Yamaha launches Ray Precious Edition

Yamaha-Ray-Precious-WebYamaha Motor India Sales Pvt Ltd has launched a special edition of its Ray scooter – the Ray Precious Edition.

The scooter is being offered in a new ‘Black n Beauty’ avatar, finished in black with delicate pink patterns. It will be available at a price of INR 48,605 (ex-showroom Delhi), and will be on sale till stocks last. The engine remains unchanged at 113 cc with peak power of 7.09 PS at 7,500 RPM and peak torque of 8.1 Nm at 5,500 RPM.

This edition is being targeted at female riders and claims to offer fuel efficiency of 45 kpl in the city and 55 kpl on the highway. Speaking on the occasion, Roy Kurian, VP – Sales and Marketing, Yamaha Motor India Sales Pvt Ltd said that the launch of the Ray Precious Edition showed the positive market response to Yamaha’s range of scooters, and the new scooter aimed to provide a stylish new design to match the personal style of customers.
