Honda Dio Updated for 2016

HONDA Dio_Matte Axis Grey

To celebrate the Dio’s entry into the million customers club, Honda launch updated Dio for 2016

To commemorate one million customers of the Dio, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India or HMSI, recently launched a new variant of the Dio in dazzling matt grey, which looks absolutely adorable. This new variant is priced at Rs 48,264 (ex-Delhi), which is same as the standard Dio. Technical specification of the new Dio remain identical to the standard model. The new black colour and funky 3-D decals make the Dio stand out from the crowd of scooters out there.

The Dio is also HMSI’s number one export model. The Indian made Dio is exported to many countries including Latin and South American nations and also to our neighbours, Sri Lanka and Nepal.

On this thrilling occasion, Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Senior VP – Sales and Marketing, HMSI, said, “In line with Honda strategy to delight our customers by refreshing our product portfolio regularly, the new Dio is Honda’s sixth new model of 2016. The new Matt Axis grey colour with value addition of the premium 3D emblem without any additional cost makes it a compelling proposition to own one.”

I am fascinated by every aspect of a motorcycle, regardless of their genre. I am insanely crazy about motorcycles!

In recent years, however, the MT-10 has begun to show its age, especially in terms of technology and rider aids. It was always on the thirsty side, too, and, by modern standards, the brakes were lacking. It was time for an update, which is why for 2022 Yamaha introduced a new MT-10 earlier this year.
