Defective bikes will be repaired free of cost
Yamaha India have identified an issue with a certain batch YZF-R3 motorcycles and have recalled 902 units. The motorcycles within the affected batch may have defects relating to the clutch assembly and the oil pump assembly and, although Yamaha have not received any complaints so far, the company is not taking any chances. The offending components will be changed by the manufacturer at no cost to the customer through the Yamaha factory modification campaign.
