TVS posts sales growth

March 4, 2015 by Team Bike India

TVS Star City + WEB
TVS has been chipping at the sales block actively and their efforts have paid off. The company registered a 15% year-on-year growth in the two wheeler segment. The Indian auto-manufacturer sold 204,565 units in February this year, which is a substantial hike over the 177,662 units sold last year. Adding to this, the overall exports have also gone up by 35% with two wheeler segment registering a growth of 36% in the international markets. The Three-wheeler division of the Hosur based manufacturer has also posted a growth of 23%.

The 110cc Starcity+ has won several accolades in the recent past, including the ‘Motorcycle of the year up to 110 cc’ from Bike India. With the Draken concept soon to break cover, one can expect this trend to continue in favour of the Bengaluru based firm.
