Mahindra Mojo Launched at Rs 1.58 lakh

With an introductory price of Rs 1.58 lakh (Ex-Delhi), it seems to be a great bargain

Mahindra 2 Wheelers have finally launched their much-awaited motorcycle the Mojo at an introductory price tag of Rs 1.58 lakh (Ex-Delhi). This comes as good news for potential buyers looking to buy something in this price range. The Mojo is aimed at the touring segment as it comes with an array of features that a touring motorcycle has, especially a 21-litre fuel tank, which is apparently the biggest motorcycle fuel tank on any bike available in this price bracket. You can read more about the Mojo in our first impressions here.

Many people would compare this new Mahindra machine with the KTMs and the Honda CBR however, given the touring nature of the bike it is an ideal comparison to Royal Enfield’s 500 cc line-up, excluding the Continental GT. Here is a quick look at the prices:

Mahindra Mojo: Rs 1.88 lakh (OTR, Pune)

Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500: Rs 1.86 lakh (OTR, Pune)

Royal Enfield Classic 500: Rs 1.72 lakh (OTR, Pune)

Royal Enfield Desert Storm: Rs 1.75 lakh (OTR, Pune)

Royal Enfield Classic Chrome: Rs 1.83 lakh (OTR, Pune)

I am fascinated by every aspect of a motorcycle, regardless of their genre. I am insanely crazy about motorcycles!
