Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) have launched the second motorcycle in its ‘Dream’ series, the 110cc Dream Neo. The commuter bike features Honda Eco Technology (previously seen on HMSI scooters) that is claimed to give it a fuel efficiency figure of 74kpl through an improved piston and combustion chamber design and the use of a squish band to increase compression ratio.
The Dream Neo has a peak power output of 8.36 PS at 7,500 RPM and peak torque of 8.63 Nm at 5,500 RPM, and will be available in three variants – Self/Drum/Alloy with tubeless tyres, Kick/Drum/Alloy with tubeless tyres, and Kick/Drum/Spoke with tuff-up tube – with prices starting at Rs 46,140 (ex-showroom Mumbai).
