It’s been half a decade between when Mahindra first revealed the Mojo and now. Is the Mojo too late to make its mark or can it still scratch the surface? Here are our first impressions after riding it from Bengaluru to Madikeri and back

Five years is a long time to wait for a motorcycle to be developed. Inevitably, it raises expectations. After all, if a company can take half a decade to develop something, it better be exceptional, isn’t it? In case of a company like Mahindra, who have no legacy to live up to, the game is slightly easier. They don’t have to live up to any preconceived notions of what their product should be like. Besides the extra time also allows for the engineers to hone their skills at the art of motorcycle making. So, have Mahindra been able to hone their skills in the five years they took to develop the Mojo or have they missed the bus?
