2022 Honda Gold Wing Tour Launched at Rs 39.20 lakh

April 19, 2022 by Team Bike India Leave a Comment

The 2022 Honda Gold Wing Tour is available in India as a CBU model from Japan at a price of Rs 39.20 (ex-showroom) and comes with an airbag and a DCT automatic gearbox.

The new Honda Gold Wing Tour comes in as an updated and improved version of the previous model and is retailed as the flagship bike of the Japanese manufacturer’s premium product portfolio.

The updated Gold Wing comes with radical weight reduction, double wishbone front suspension, revised flat-six-cylinder engine and a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission along with loads of features including a rider front airbag.

The 2022 Honda Gold Wing gets a premium seven-inch TFT display with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Bluetooth connectivity paired to a 45-watt speaker system. All the information the rider will need is readily available on the screen at the press of a button. The flagship bike also gets full LED lighting including dual LED fog-lamps and self-cancelling indicators.

The Gold Wing gets its power from a 1,833-cc, liquid-cooled, flat-six engine that puts out 126 hp at 5,500 rpm and 170 Nm at 4,500 rpm paired to an updated seven-speed DCT gearbox. The update has improved the Gold Wing’s rideability at low speeds in city riding conditions. It also gets a creep function that will help make it easier to ride in traffic or even reverse out of a place.

Electronically, the Gold Wing retains the same tech as the older model such as traction control, cruise control and Hill Start Assist. The Gold Wing also has four riding modes: Tour, Sport, Econ and Rain, each of which can be chosen from the display. The Gold Wing also has two USB Type-C ports to help charge devices.

Honda have opened the bookings for the 2022 Gold Wing Tour DCT with airbag option at their exclusive BigWing Topline dealerships across the country.
